Transform Your Manuscript into a Masterpiece

At Emel Publications, we bridge the gap between creation and distribution. From our 10-day editorial review to global Amazon listing, we ensure authors retain 100% intellectual property rights while earning premium royalties.

Book publishing steps

Author Registration

The process begins with an initial outreach through our Contact Us page. Authors provide essential book details, initiating a journey toward professional self-publishing.

Manuscript Submission

Once registered, the author submits their manuscript for a formal editorial review. Our expert team assesses the content over approximately 10 working days to ensure it aligns with our quality standards.

Selection of Publishing Model

Authors choose between two primary publishing paths based on their goals and budget.Bulk Printing: Ideal for large runs, starting from 300–500 copies.Print-On-Demand (POD): A flexible, cost-effective model allowing for runs as small as 30 copies.

Production & Editorial Services

Following the signing of a Publishing Agreement, the book enters production. This stage includes professional editing, proofreading, formatting, and custom cover design to ensure the work is polished to perfection.

Printing & Manufacturing

Once the layout is finalized, our team produces high-quality Paperback or Hardback copies. This manufacturing phase typically takes up to three weeks.

Global Distribution & Marketing

The finished book is listed on the Emel Webstore, Facebook Shop, and Amazon for international reach. We support the launch with a Social Media Media Package, including professionally designed 3D posters to build audience visibility.

Author Management

Authors maintain full control through a dedicated Author Dashboard. This tool allows for real-time tracking of sales statistics, orders, and royalty payments (up to 70% of sales profit depending on the model).

The timeline for the entire process generally depends on the amount of editorial work, design complexity, and printing requirements. On average, it takes six to eight weeks from the moment you submit your manuscript to having the physical printed copies in hand. For authors on a tight deadline, Emel also offers expedited services for an additional fee.

Emel offers a highly competitive royalty structure based on the publishing model you choose:

  • Print On Demand (POD): Authors typically receive 60% of the profit as royalties.

  • Bulk Printing: Authors receive a fixed 70% of the sales price as their profit/royalty. Specific terms and conditions are always outlined clearly in your individual publishing agreement.

You do. As the author, you retain 100% of the intellectual property rights to your work. Emel Publications does not claim any ownership over the IP for books published under their self-publishing models, ensuring you stay in full control of your creative content.

Not necessarily. Emel is designed to operate entirely online, allowing authors from across the globe to complete the publishing process from home. However, if you prefer a face-to-face meeting, their doors are open during business hours at Office 11, First Floor, Mujahid Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad.
