At Emel Publications, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality books and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective book, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund, subject to the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the book.

The book must be incorrect, defective, or have missing pages due to a manufacturing issue.

The book must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying materials.

2 . Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Books that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer.

Digital products (e-books, PDFs, or any downloadable content).

Books returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

If the refund is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact our support team.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective book, you may return it for a refund and place a new order.

2. Provide photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.

3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the book.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
